TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay is five (5) nights (but two weeks at Christmas and New
Year), except for Kaanapali Plantation, which has a two-week minimum
stay in high season and one-week in low season.
- A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. This deposit will
hold the reservation, and will be used for cleaning, security, and
damage control. It is not part of the full payment. The $200 will be
returned following inspection of the apartment at the end of your
stay.
- Maid service not included (available at extra cost).
- Special discount on stays of one month or more.
- Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.; check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
- If late check-out is desired, there will be a half-day
charge.
