Our comments: Most of these units wouldn't win the decorating contest, but they
are well equipped, larger than most, and quite comfortable.
Guests enjoy the large open, grassy grounds. Experienced
windsurfers can launch from the front of the property.
LUANA KAI - one of our favorites!

Our comments: Our clients love it! Open spacious, tropical grounds provide
the atmosphere one would expect when visiting Maui. The lower
rise, nicely spaced buildings don't give the feeling of an
overdeveloped property. The two oceanfront buildings have great
views!
SUGAR BEACH - can't beat the oceanfront setting!

Our comments: A million dollar view at an affordable price; a white sand beach
at your door!! Units are approximately fifty feet from the edge
of the ocean with great views. You can walk along the beach
3.5 miles to the village of Maalaea. Great choice if view and
beach quality are the priorities.
MAUI KAMAOLE - gorgeous units!
- (21) small two story buildings with a few units in each building
- located across the street from the ocean towards the south end of Kihei
- deluxe kitchens, A/C, full-size in-suite laundry, TV, telelphone, large private lanais
- grounds have pool, hot-tub, BBQ areas
Our Comments: This is one of Kihei's newest properties and the units are
very large and well equipped. It is an excellent choice if
quality of unit is a prime consideration. The front units
have panoramic views. Shopping and restaurants are close by.
