MEET THE EXTREME SPORTS CREW

The team at Extreme Sports is a diverse one, with men and women hailing from every point of the globe. Ant yet, with one overriding common bond... a love for windsurfing. Whether from Alaska or Brazil, New York or Japan, these individuals are what Extreme Sports is all about. Without them, without their enthusiasm and diligence towards our valued customers, and of course, without the camaraderie that they share among themsilves, there would be no Extreme Sports.

Ricker Alford

Ricker started with EXM as a store manager, but has since become the owner of ESM. Ricker graduated with a degree in business and thrives to succeed in life. He has sailed professional for 15 years and kows the industry well.

Jamie DeBussey

You'll always find a smile on Jamie's face. He enjoys people, and will always make sure that the customer's are propertly outfitted.

Brett Riley

Brett is a part of our growing bike department. He takes his time with customers to make sure that all is perfect. He is a conscious worker, and will go out of his way to please everyone.

Wendy Brewer

Born and raised in Alaska, Wendy moved to New England to attend High School and College at the University of Massachusetts. Wendy travelled to Maui to visit her mother in 1990, and the love of the wind and waves persuaded her to stay. She has been in the Windsurfing industry for the past seven years here on Maui. Also an avid mountain biker, Wendy volunteers her time building and maintaining hiking and biking trails for the park service when not working or sailing.

Brian Drennen

Brian is a new comer to the island. He has a laid back, happy personality which everyone enjoyes. He is a very knowledgeable bike mechanic.

Michael Garaganza

Born in Pu'unene Maui, and raised on Molokai, Michael has spent his entire life here in Hawaii. He started windsurfing in 1990 when a friend gave him a rig to try. Michael has been sailing ever since. His favorite sailing site is Kanaha, where he rips up the water on his slalom gear. Mikey is our main rental guy and is ready and waiting to get customers on the water.

Roger Cabudol

Roger is one of the best skateboarders on the island. Knows his stuff, and likes to work with others.

Sierra Emory

You probably recognize the name - Sierra is one of the best windsurfers, surfers and all around around sports men in the world. Sierra will always get you going with the right gear. He definately has the Aloha spirit!

Andrea Smith

Andrea is a newcomer to ESM but not to the island. You can usually find her somewhere in the shop. She is comfortable talking with tourists and will always make sure the customer leaves with a smile.
