KIHEI BAY SURF - not what you would expect for economical accommodations!
- two story property across the street from the ocean towards the north end of Kihei
- studio style units equipped with full kitchen, TV, telephone, A/C
- proper bed in addition to living area furniture (no need to sleep on a sofa bed)
- grounds have pool, hot-tub, tennis, BBQ area, central laundry
Our comments: well equipped, super clean, and comfortable for one or two people.
Many guests return each year attesting to its value!
VILLAGE BY THE SEA - a great value for condos on the ocean!
- (2) six story buildings on the ocean towards the north end of Kihei
- studio, one or two bedroom units
- units at the front offer wonderful ocean views
- each unit has full kitchen, central A/C, TV, telephone, lanai, laundry on each floor
- grounds have pool, hot-tub, tennis, BBQ areas
Our comments: Great rates for a property on the ocean! Most units could use some
decorating assistance, but are still clean and comfortable.
