The purpose of a real estate board is to provide for it's members the benefits of united efforts and concentrated action toward any end which may tend to strengthen the stability and the dignity of the real estate profession. and is to be used only by those brokers who belong to The National Association of Realtors. Members display the word so the public my know they follow a prescribed set of ethics and business standards.

When you are working with Que Martyn (R) you are working at the Top with an experienced professional. In order to become a "Broker" in Hawaii a "salesperson" must first go through very rigerous steps such as:

(1) Completion of a curriculum in real estate at an accredited institution consisting of a minimum of 46 class hours and conforming to the approved curriculum for brokers adopted by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.

(2) Must be engaged in the real estate business as a licensed Hawaii real estate salesperson for a minimum period of two years on a full-time basis and has practical experience in the real estate field as determined by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.

(3) Experience must be proven with participation in at least 10 real estate transactions under applicant's Hawaii assocating or employing broker within the last four years immediately preceding the application for an experience certificate of which 3 shall be residential or commercial or industrial listings (represented the Seller) that have closed escrow or equivalent as determined by the commission and 3 shall be sales contracts (represented Buyer) or commercial or industrial leases that have closed escrow or equivalent as determined by the commission.
