The People to People Student Ambassador Hawaii delegation trip to the British Isles was a fabulous experience. Four high school students from Maui, joined students from Kauai, the Big Island of Hawaii and Oahu to represent the State of Hawaii. We became good friends and great travel partners in a short period of time. We were so excited that we did not have time to notice the very long plane trip from Hawaii to Los Angeles and on to London. Fifteen hours later we hit the streets of London. There was not enough time in each day to absorb the sites, sounds and experiences. The homestays were a great way to learn about family life outside of the United States. I felt so fortunate to live in Hawaii and the United States. I took over three hundred and fifty pictures on my new camera. Enjoy the photos I have included on this web site.

On July 4th, our trip sadly came to an end. Even the spectacular fireworks that lit up the Honolulu night could not compare with the fantastic memories I was anxious to share with my family and friends.
