Sacred Loving is a series of workshops designed for individuals and couples who want to come closer together and enjoy more love, passion and fullfillment in their lives. It teaches an approach to intimacy and sexuality that is based on self-acceptance, communication and deep relaxation. The weekend offers a very rich introduction to all our further workshops.
How we are with our sexual energy determines not only how our relationships go but also how well our life goes. To be fully aware of our sexuality and to be able to make choices about how to live this energy with joy and integrity is an artform. Mastering this art requires learning a wide range of skills from energetic awareness to communication skills, from emotional intelligence to a spiritual grounding, not to mention a highly developed sense of humour.
Participants will learn energy, touch and communication exercises, tantric practices, healing rituals and meditations in an environment that is respectful, informative, fun and deeply transformative.
Through techniques both ancient and contemporary
- you will be gently guided to be fully at home in your own body, connected in your heart and therefore more in tune with your soul and spirit.
- you learn to trust and enjoy your desire for intimate contact, to honor your personal boundaries, and to effectively communicate both.
- you gain an understanding of what fears, shame, hurt, lack of knowledge or limiting beliefs keep your love life less than ecstatic.
- as a couple you receive guidance and support to take new steps or leaps on your journey toward a sacred and fulfilling relationship.
- individuals and couples receive information and tools to transform lovemaking into an increasingly joyful experience.

Sacred Loving, The Intensive

The Sacred Loving Intensive furthers the opening, taking you deeper into all the
processes introduced in the weekend."
In this program we chose the most valuable parts of the four part Body, Heart and Soul programs, combining them to create this Intensive for couples and individuals who want to expand their ability to move through their blocks and fears and create more fulfillment, depth and pleasure in all aspects of their relating.
We will explore:
-Different kinds and qualities of touch, and how these
touches affect your feelings of trust and intimacy.
-Communication techniques that help you to express what you need to feel
safe and free and that help you to hear what your partner is really saying.
-Massage techniques to free and open and relax your sexual energy.
-Movement, breath and meditation techniques that will educate you about
many levels of energy and subtle awarness, providing healing to what were
thought to be psychological problems.
You learn meditations, energy processes and communication tools that keep you profoundly connected with yourself whether you are alone or engaged in an intimate encounter.
In the meetings with others - or perhaps just one other if you are attending with a partner - you learn how to keep on connecting from your truth and to remain alive in your playfulness, your passion, your desire and also your fears, instead of cutting off and isolating yourself.
Your encounters may or may not be sensual and erotic. You learn to trust the changing states that you move through together as you choose to keep on connecting anyway. In this way you learn how to move through old barriers that have prevented or sabotaged your intimate connections and love relationships.
Couples and singles are no longer left alone with difficulties that arise in their relating but are supported by experienced teachers and a loving community to find their way through, while at the same time exploring and honoring their individual needs and boundaries.
You discover that your energy has natural wave-like rhythms of excitement and relaxation. In the trust that is created in these intimate encounters, you are able to explore and practice connecting so that you are always in harmony with the natural flow of your own energy.
To join The Intensive you must join the Introductory Weekend or have completed Body, Heart & Soul I or another full Sacred Loving Workshop. The weekend is a valuable experience in itself.
We have spent many years fine-tuning our programs so that the learning may happen in the most effective and also safest and most delightful way that is possible. Great care is taken to present the experiences and practices in ways that respect the needs and boundaries of each individual.

Wherever the feminine has been honored,women have kept a special time for being together as women; a time to share, to support and teach each other in living empowered and fulfilled; a time for sharing their strength, their rawness, their vulnerability and their deep dark mysteries. In these gatherings a woman learned how to appreciate the unique woman she truly was, how to live herself fully in her life, her sexuality and in relationship to man and god. She was initiated into becoming the goddess that could meet the god.
In today's culture women are taught to repress or use the gift of their sexuality in ways that are often not aligned with their deepest needs and inner truths. Very few women manage to grow into the full and rich potential of their sexuality in an untainted way.
 We do a lot of our growing and learning in our relationships with men, but if this is our only place of growth and support, we are courting disaster. (Some things are meant to be given from woman to woman.) The meeting of woman with man is much richer when it is experienced with the backdrop of wisdom and understanding provided by our sisters, aunts, mothers and crones. In the realm of sexuality much learning, unlearning and understanding can happen amongst women. There are some things that are best learned from beings who share the same biology and archetypal energies with each other.
The meeting of woman with woman is incredibly rich when, instead of competition, this kind of support is at the heart of the meeting.
In this weekend (or 4 day)workshop we will go where we choose - the sweet, the fierce, the confused, the clear, the sexual, the sensual, the receptive, the assertive - wherever we need to go to help each woman find her way to be more at home with herself.
Niyaso, together with her team, creates the context, the safe space of the women's circle. Through meditations, sharing, tantric practices, energy work and touching processes she opens possibilities for each woman to experience herself renewed and empowered. But it is the circle of women sharing that will bring the transformation.

Location:
This program will be held on an estate located on the tranquil and picturesque North side of the island, in a nurturing, healing and fun atmosphere in a lush natural setting with natural pools and waterfalls nearby. Accommodation is available on the property and you can arrange a shared, single or couples room through us. Low budget, dormitory and camping accommodation may be obtained through us as well. Please arrange your accommodation as soon as possible to secure your space as the number of rooms at the facility are limited. We ask you to arrange your own transportation, often you get the best deals on rental cars through your travel agent or you can use the rental service listed below . Meals will be vegetarian with occasional fresh island fish. Should you require a specific diet please advise us in advance. Confirmation and a detailed information letter will be sent to you upon receipt of initial payment. Should you need to cancel, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future seminars less a $60 administration fee.
