Measurement Guide
Please measure carefully over undergarments that you will be possibly using. Measure the fullest part of the bust and hips, and waist at the smallest point. Measure snugly but not tightly. Dresses are made according to the size charts and cannot be returned or exchanged. If in doubt, order the larger size as it is easier to take the dress in. The Final Size is the customer's decision and responsibility. Alterations maybe needed to get a good fit. Please make sure that you are using the correct size chart.

Based on the information you give us in terms of designer, style, size, color and other information such as shipping options, we will give you a quote for the dress.
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB.
Availability of Dresses
We will not charge your credit card until we check the availability of the dress. Availability of the dresses changes very frequently. If the manufacturer has the dress in stock, shipping will be in a few days. However, if the dress is not in stock, it may take weeks to ship. Therefore, after you have chosen a dress, please call us. We will contact the manufacturer regarding the dress availability and shipping date based on your use date. We will then contact you of the shipping date. Please take into consideration time for possible alterations that maybe needed for a perfect fit. If you agree to the shipping date based on your use date, then and only then will we charge your account and order your dress for you.

Return Policy
Since dresses are special made to order, the dress must be paid in full before we order it for you. Please measure carefully. If in doubt, order the larger size as it is easier to take the dress in. The Final Size is the customer's decision and responsibility. Since dresses are Special Ordered, therefore, as with many other companies, we will not be responsible for gowns ordered by the customer that is to small or to large. Once the order is placed, the dress is "YOURS". The dress cannot be returned or exchanged. Your money cannot be refunded and the order cannot be cancelled.
