There is a minimum planning and coordinating fee of the higher of $95.00 or 15% of the total cost of the wedding and services.
Deposit:
Maui is a popular and romantic island to get married in Hawaii. To secure the date and time of your ceremony, we ask for a deposit of $250.00 which is applied toward your wedding invoice cost and it is non-refundable.
Marriage License Information:
As part of our services, we will arrange your marriage license appointment for you with the State of Hawaii licensing agent. The fee is $50.00 cash to the licensing agent. No blood test or health requirements are required. All countries except the United States of America must bring their passports and present it to the agent.
Renewal of Vows does not require a marriage license.
Our wedding packages includes the coordinating fee. Please see Wedding Site Location section for your selection of the wedding site and prices.

Officiate and Wedding Ceremony: $175.00
Your officiate is the ceremony leader. We have carefully chosen various officiates that practice what they preach, and will enrich your wedding ceremony with love that radiates from your joining in marriage.
Wedding Certificate: $15.00 - $49.95
A wedding certificate is not the same thing as a marriage license. Our certificates range from Hawaiian colored certificates to frameable piece of art.
Wedding Site Locations: Ceremony sites are available at an additional charge. If you have a particular site or location in mind, please let us know on your quote request so that we can give you an accurate price for your wedding.
Our locations include resorts, churches, beautiful gardens, waterfalls and spectacular sandy beach settings found on Maui. All have wonderful opportunities for picture taking. The following are some popular sites on Maui:
RESORTS: Many resorts offer unique settings utilizing their multi-million dollar landscapes for the wedding ceremony. All resorts charge a fee for the use of the grounds for the wedding ceremony whether you are a guest or not. $450 and up.
Japanese Garden: A lush green Japanese garden setting with a Koi fish pond, waterfall garden, and a photographic setting on a sandy beach.
Cliff Ceremony: Cliff setting overlooking the Wailea Resort with panoramic views of the ocean and other islands.
Gazebo: Resort Site with an ocean view.
Church: Site within a resort hotel setting.
Churches: Maui offers a variety of unique churches for your wedding. $350 and up.
Church in a Resort Hotel in South Maui: The ultimate experience! This is Maui's grandest site featuring a stained glass Chapel, use of the Gazebo, and gardens for the wedding ceremony and photography.
Church in a Resort Hotel in West Maui: A beautiful chapel located on the hotel grounds.
South Maui Church: This quaint church is located in South Maui across the street of the Pacific Ocean. This church was founded many years ago.
Historic Oceanfront Church: This church was founded in 1832 and has been designated a historic building. The church is located on a beautiful bay in Makena. The minister is Hawaiian and he requests a brief meeting with the couple a day prior to the ceremony. There are no weddings on Sunday or Monday.
Lahaina Church and Oceanfront Garden: This church is located on Historic Front Street in Lahaina Town. This is a lovely location for a wedding with an oceanfront garden.
Sandy Beach: $FREE
Beautiful oceanfront sandy beach sites with view of the other islands. Sunrise or Sunset weddings. Please note that State of Hawaii regulations prohibit alcohol drinking on the beaches.
Floral Gardens: Maui has various garden settings for the wedding ceremony that are not costly but beautiful locations. $325 for up to ten people including wedding staff. There will be an additional cost for each additional person.
Upcountry Floral Gardens: Ceremony in the gardens or gazebo with panoramic view of the ocean and other islands islands (subject to weather conditions).
Japanese Gardens: Japanese garden setting with waterfall located in central Maui.
Photography: Your wedding on Maui is "SPECIAL". Our selected photographers capture the love and romance that make up your wedding. Usually your prints will be ready by the time you leave Maui. If not, your photographer will send your prints to you by mail.
4x6 prints are shot on standard 35mm film so they are less expensive. Beautiful prints and negatives will be given to you for reprints.
5x5 prints are shot on portrait/studio quality film and are more expensive. Prints are studio quality, take longer to process, and prints and enlargements may be purchased from the photographer.

Video Packages: Our professional videos captures your wedding ceremony in its entirety. Our edited videos includes scenes of Maui, opening shots of your wedding location, pre-wedding coverage, processional, the entire wedding ceremony, recessional, photo sessions and others. You have the ability to work together with the our video professional in developing a truly memorable experience.

Flowers: Flowers complement the bride and groom, and wedding ceremony. Maui grows some of the most beautiful flowers in the world. Flowers include orchids, pikake, tuberose, lilies, gardenia, roses and many others. Our florist will arrange a beautiful bouquet for the bride with a matching boutonniere for the groom. If you have color preference, please let us know. Some popular selections are as follows:
Cascade Bouquet: This bouquet is full at the top and cascades downwards.

Bouquet: This bouquet consists of long stem flowers, such as roses, with greenery and interlaced with ribbon. Starts with 12 long stem flowers at $95.
Crown of Fresh Flowers: A crown made up of small dainty flowers and adorns the brides head. $35.
Boutonniere: The grooms boutonniere flowers will match the bridal bouquet. $10.
Leis: Leis are a Hawaiian tradition. They may be used by the bride, groom and guests. Some of the popular flowers in a lei are pikake, tuberose, carnation, rosebud, vanda orchid, crownflower, maile and others. Cost: $15-50.
If you have a special arrangement and flower selection, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Cakes: The wedding cake cutting ceremony is a time-honored tradition. Our wedding cakes are ornately decorated. If you have a color scheme, it will be incorporated in the decoration. If you want a special decoration or design on the cake, please give us a picture or diagram and our cake decorator will do it for you. This is a custom cake and we will give to you a price quote.

Champagne and Toasting Glasses: The toasting ceremony is a time honored tradition.
Pair of etched toasting flutes includes a Hawaiian design, name of bride and groom, and date of the wedding - $30.00.
Toasting set-up at wedding site together with chilled champagne and flutes will be $40 and up. Cost will depend on number guests. Juice or soda is also available.
Musicians: Musicians set the mood for the wedding. They work together with the officiate to create a "Special" wedding ceremony. Our most popular musician is a vocalist/guitarist. Cost will be $170.
We can also provide a violinist, flutist, harpist, big band or DJ. Cost varies. Please contact us for more information.
Limousine Service: Enhance your wedding ceremony with limousine service for your transportation. An elegant limousine will pick you up, drive you to the ceremony, and return you to your destination. Minimum service is two hours at $90.00 per hour.
Bridal Gown Rentals: Brides bring their own gown to Maui or rent. We offer you one of the finest selections of bridal gowns you can rent on Maui. We feature bridal gowns from Mori Lee, Mon Cheri, Bonny, Alyce, Sweetheart, Marissa, Do You Love Me, and others.
Bridal Gown Rental - $300.00 and up
Our boutique will steam your gown for your wedding.
Steam Gown Service - $35.00 and up
Tuxedo Rental: $89.00
Imagine the groom, best man and wedding party dressed in an elegant tuxedo. This is a major part of the wedding both for the elegance of the wedding ceremony and photography. We feature Oscar de la Renta tuxedos. Styles include shawl, peak, notch lapel, regular or tail coat, single or double breast, black or white, and various accessories.
Tuxedo includes: Coat, pants, tuxedo shirt, bowtie, cummerbund or vest, cufflinks/studs and shoes.
We feature other designer tuxedos such as Perry Ellis, Pierre Cardin and others. There will be an additional cost for these tuxedos.
