Relax and take a professionally guided tour to enjoy Maui from a different perspective. Robert "Dino" Ventura, owner and one of the local guides of Makena Kayaks, was born and raised on Maui. Sharing the history and knowledge of his island home ensures an interesting and memorable trip. His "family-style" tours are limited to small groups that depart twice daily.
You'll avoid the crowds and discover secluded coral reefs and coves in an unobtrusive snorkel to view beautiful fish, green sea turtles and even dolphins on occasion! Whether you are experienced or even if this is your first time in a kayak, you are going to enjoy this unique island adventure!
Depart twice daily from one of three locations, depending on weather conditions:
Makena Landing, LaPerouse Bay, Ahihi-Kinau Natural Marine Preserve

Snorkel Coral Gardens along the rugged "Pali" (cliffs). Swim with Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles that live among the coral reefs abundant with tropical fish.
