WATER SPORTS VACATION

ASM is a full service surfing school, located on Maui’s south shore.  Our beginner surfing area is in an un-crowded 20 acre “Marine Park” that offers a variety of surf breaks to suit different levels of surfers and changing conditions. The beginner surf class is an ideal family activity.  The average student will be up and surfing in their first lesson.  Advanced surfers can tackle the larger waves on the north shore with our instructor guides on the “Surfari”.

• Lessons run daily at 8 AM, Monday thru Saturday year-round.
• All Equipment is supplied.
• Small class sizes give the student the maximum attention.
• Un-crowded waves are safer and more enjoyable.

SURF PACKAGE INCLUDES:
* 7 nights accommodations & vehicle.
* All surf equipment & surf instruction is included.  
* Facilities Include, hot tub, pool, sauna, and use of gas barbecues.

SURF VACATION COSTS:
* The cost for one surfer is $175.00  /day (taxes not included).
* Additional surfers are $89.00 per day.
* The cost for additional non-surfers is $50.00 /day.

  ASM is one of the oldest established windsurfing schools on the island. Run by Master Windsurfing Instructor David Dorn with over 25years international teaching experience. ASM offers lessons for all levels of windsurfers. Lessons are taught at Kanaha Beach Park, on Maui’s north shore, which is world Famous for windsurfing. This location offers a protected area inside the reef for beginners and waves on the outer reef for the advanced. Average people will be up and riding in the first half hour of the beginner lesson. A five-day “Windsurf School” course is recommended before attempting to do the “waterstart” class.

• Meet at Kanaha Beach Park in Kahului, behind the Airport.
• Equipment is supplied for “beginner Lessons”, “windsurf school” and “Waterstart”.
• Advanced Short- Board students need to bring their own equipment.
• Rental equipment is available from the store in Kahului.

WINDSURF PACKAGE INCLUDES: 
* 7 nights accommodations & vehicle.
* All windsurf equipment & windsurf instruction is included.

WINDSURF PACKAGE COSTS:
* The cost for one windsurfer is $172.00 /day (taxes not included).
* Additional windsurfers are $89.00 per day.

Kiteboarding (kitesurfing) is still one of the fastest growing watersports in the world. ASM was the first established kiteboarding school. School founder David Dorn created the KISS training System in 1997, which became the standard for kiteboarding instruction. We currently use the KISS, IKO, PASA, KITES and WIPIKA certified teaching systems, as part of our commitment to quality and safety in instruction. Reliable trade-winds have made Maui the world’s premier kiteboarding destination. Kiteboarding is an ideal wind-sport for travelers because of the compact lightweight equipment. Kiteboarding is an extreme sport that combines kite power with the freedom of board riding. An average person will become proficient in riding after taking a five-day course. An athletic person with some water experience will be riding after a three-day course. The “Introductory” lesson is a fun way for people to check out the sport.
