Video $450.
All of the ceremony is recorded with wireless microphones. An Edited Video has beautiful Maui scenery, titles, music, slow motion dissolves and at least 24 stills taken from the video clips all woven together to create the ultimate love story. If you wish, bring your own music for that personal touch offered on a DVD.
Accommodations
I like the south shore of Maui best for vacationing and full time residency. It is much less congested. The nicest beaches are on the south shore as well. Here is an alternative ... Private tropical gazebo in Kihei surrounded by fruit trees & tropical splendor - private. $95 a day with a 5 day minimum.- www.mauius.com/relax.html . The private gazebo is 10 minutes to my favorite wedding sites.
The Reception
You might desire an incredible feast with tiki torches and linen table cloths at the wedding site. An intimate dining experience for two cost $300. Add $90.00 for each additional person. Add a fire dancer, conch blower, hula girls and you have a Wedding Luau. I can arrange complete wedding receptions at hotels, restaurants, or tropical gardens that offer food service as well as a site for the ceremony. You name it and I will arrange it.
The Marriage License
You must have a valid marriage license issued in the state of Hawaii. An appointment is necessary and I will schedule this for you. There is at least one agent in each judicial district on Maui, except Hana. There is a $65. state fee paid directly to the agent. There is no waiting period, and the license is valid statewide for 30 days. No medical requirements! Picture ID required. Bring your driver license.
Method of payment
Please pay with either cash or travelers checks after the ceremony. Out-of-state checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. 4% State excise tax will be added to all service. Master Charge and Visa transactions OK. No deposit required. Just let me know if there is a change in plans so that I can free up that day or reschedule you

OFFICIANT SERVICES
In Hawaii, in order for your marriage to be legal, the person who performs the ceremony must have a commission number issued by the State of Hawaii. This commission number is issued only to ministers, priests, rabbis, and judges. There is no Justice of the Peace in Hawaii. I offer you both photography and ministry. If you have a special request for a specific type of minister there will be an additional charge.
WITNESS
Although no witnesses are required by law, we offer the option of having someone take photos or video with your camera. Be sure to have fresh batteries and plenty of film.

BUTTERFLY RELEASE
A butterfly release will add a touch of magic and romance to your wedding. The bride and groom, and guests, will make a wish as the butterflies are released from the elegant boxes. The butterflies flutter above the gathering for a few moments, sometimes landing on the leis and bouquet, before taking your wishes to the heavens. The butterflies are packaged in either one or two boxes. Inquire about individual boxes to be released by each guest.

LOCATIONS Maui offers the most beautiful tropical locations for your wedding. We will be happy to discuss the various sites with you. Your main decision will be whether you wish to be married on the beach or in a garden. The best beaches for weddings are in the Wailea and Makena areas. There is almost always sunshine, lots of beautiful golden sand beaches.
Wailea Ocean View Gazebo Embraced on the verdant slopes of Mt. Haleakala, with a panoramic ocean view, this secluded and tranquil resort with its private gazebo wedding terrace is perfect for weddings with a larger guest list. Price includes up to 50 chairs and undecorated archway (additional chairs and floral decorations available). Private receptions can be held at this location, either on the gazebo lawn or poolside. Makena Oceanfront Lawn & Waterfall Garden Courtyard You have your choice of locations at this secluded Makena resort. Have your wedding on a beautiful lawn overlooking the azure blue Pacific, or be married surrounded by lush greenery with a waterfall backdrop, then walk to the beach afterwards for sunset shots. Chairs and archway are available for an additional cost. An ideal location for larger guest lists. Wedding site requires a non-refundable deposit of $1,200, plus a $100 cleaning deposit which will be refunded provided the site is cleaned of all debris including flower petals. Maui Tropical Gardens - This colorful, lush garden is located near sea level where the air is warmer. There are several ideal ceremony sites including in a white gazebo, under a bamboo grove, next to a koi pond, and on a grassy platform flanked by lion statuettes. A small waterfall flows from the bamboo grove, behind the gazebo, and down to the koi pond, so the sound of falling water can be heard from all three areas. This is a great site for your photos and video. Maximum of 25 guests. Chairs are available for $5 each. Requires a non-refundable deposit of $100. 0-25 guests $450
Tropical Gazebo Gardens - A tropical gazebo sits next to a gorgeous lagoon surrounded by beautiful flowers, lush greenery and swaying palm trees. You will have the magnificent West Maui Mountains as your backdrop. Great photo opportunities on the white arched bridge and next to the lagoon. Chairs, wedding cake and champagne are available at this site, as well as on-site receptions. Requires a non-refundable deposit of $100. up to 100 guests $500
