To reserve a condo first check availablility by calling Glen or Gene Ashley in Maui, Hawaii at 1(808)572-4895 or by sending us an e-mail: glen@aloha.net Provide us with the specific condo you wish to reserve, the number of people in your party and the desired check-in and check-out dates.
We require two nights deposit to hold space for either of the one bedroom condos and three nights deposit for the two bedroom condo. If you wish us to reserve a particular time period, we will hold space for seven days while awaiting your deposit. We will also need to have a phone number where we may contact you. The deposit should be in the form of a personal check or money order made out to G. Ashley and mailed to:

Following receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation in writing via U.S. Mail. The balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival at which time we will send you a key to the condo along with maps.
If your plans change and you need to modify or cancel your reservations, contact us a soon as possible by phone or e-mail (not snail mail) so that we can re-book your reserved space and return your deposit and final payment. Providing we re-book the space, all funds will be returned except for a $25 handling fee. If you feel that there is a possibility that you may cancel your reservation at the last minute, it might be wise to purchase Cancellation Insurance from your local travel agent.
