A deposit of $200 is required at the time your reservation is made. The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. All payments are forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to check-in, and the unit is not re-rented
