Lee Wheeler is an excellent agent. I have been working with him over the past several months, and he has always come up with a good choice or option to look at. Lee is fun to work with and very patient throughout the process, and it truly showed when I lost my 1st choice to someone who came in with an all cash offer.

We found another property within a few weeks, a bank owned property, after several offers and waiting for them to decide, which had a yard and was priced to be a really good deal. After a month of waiting for the Bank to respond to the short sale, we resubmitted a new lower offer, but this time while waiting it out, we began to search to see if something better had come along, which it did.

In this case, it was a true blessing for the delay, because we found a real gem that was the best deal of them all! We withdrew the other offer, and moved forward with this excellent value.

This hot property wasn't going to last long, so it needed Lee's quick attention to have a chance at this new property. Lee was on top of his game, very efficient and his professionalism was the final difference getting into this property and beating out the other offer and now I'm in escrow.

I commend Lee for his knowledge of the market and figuring out what was most important to me. Lee made sure that I was able to get into the property that was the best fit and value for me.
