Maui.net is searching for the best singers, dancers, comedians, skits, and more to be showcased on the worldwide web.

Maui's Got talent is a fun and entertaining contest that will be seen by thousands of online viewers daily.

How to Enter the Contest

Create Account:

You must be 18 years or older or have your parent(s) / guardian(s) consent to enter. All contestants will need to create a free maui.net account in order to upload their talent videos. Click Here to create an account.

Upload:

After you have created an account and are logged in click here to upload your talent video.

Maui's Got Talent videos can be up to 3 minutes in length, and suitable for one of our categories in the entertainment field. You also must be able to perform your act live, if you are a semi finalist during our award ceremony.

Voting/Viewing:

Simply log onto www.maui.net/talent and vote for your favorite soloist-duo-group or act. You can vote once a day for your favorite acts in all categories (limited to one vote, per video daily). The top semifinalists will be chosen by August 15th, and must attend the awards ceremony and perform their "act" in front of a live audience on August 23, 2008 to be eligible to win.

Contestants Categories:

17 & under, 18 and up, Dancing, Singing or General Entertainment. Your Dancing, Singing, or General Entertainment video's should be no longer than three minutes. You can upload, one video, per category / person / or group. General entertainment can include acts such as juggling, standup comedy or skits, poetry slams, or any clean acts that can be performed live on August 23, 2008 to determine the winners.

Awards:

We will have one winner per each category for Singing, Dancing and General Entertainment for the 17 and under group and one set for the 18 and older group. Then our Judges will select Two Grand Prize Finalists. One Grand Prize for 17 and under and another Grand Prize for the 18 and older category. Check back daily, to vote, to see who is in the lead and any updated information! Maui's Got Talent needs your videos, and votes to make this a success! $500.00 cash prize for the 18 and up grand prize winner, and for 17 and under a private surf party for you and 19 of your friends at Da Rush, wave-rider in Kihei. Semi finalist for each category will receive trophies.
