Voted "Best Bar" on Maui, we are a sports fan's paradise featuring 2 high definition jumbo screen TVs and 27 TVs, all showing the best in sports, plus a game room with 28 video games, pool and darts. The Ale House's motto "Eat, Drink, Party, Play!" says it all. With award-winning food featuring "jumbo portions" served 11am-midnight, extensive beer and drink menu, nightly entertainment and featured sporting events. It's a must stop for your next trip through Kahului, or before or after Hana. One block off the corner of Hana Hwy and Kamehameha. (1 mile from the Kahului airport.)

The artichoke spinach dip is so fabulous with their fresh chips. Hope one day they add crab meat under their lots of cheese topping!
The buffalo wings wasn't that hot or great.
As for the Sundae, ice cream is always oh so good but how they make Sundaes are incrediblely dumb. They put the hot fudge around the sides of the glass and put the ice cream into the glass then drizzle liquid chocolate on top with whip cream. Okay, now try to dig in and get fudge, NO CAN cause the ice cream hardened the lining of the fudge and it's now all stuck to the glass. They say on their menu "Maui's Best" or "The Best" something to "best" but not when there is absolutely no Fudge drizzled on top of the ice cream. So when you eat the ice cream you'll never get fudge and the ice cream doesn't even turn even a light chocolate color from the fudge.
The mushroom burger is so ono! Extra pickes and it was the bomb! Kinda oily but that's what makes it good too.
The bathroom is clean but not the cleanest. No log on the date and time it was cleaned.
With lots of tvs and a decent beer selection, the Ale House is always a good place to go if you're looking for casual food and a game to watch. Walk across the parking lot to the theater and enjoy a movie after dinner, and you've got a nice evening out!
