Air-conditioned dining and outdoor bistro serving longtime favorites including baby-back ribs, Maui beef, fresh fish, vegetarian specialties, pizzas, and Hebrew National Corned Beef sandwiches. Located in the Azeka Shopping Center in Kihei. Breakfast from 7:30am to 11am, Sundays until 2pm. Lunch from 11am to 4pm, Happy Hour from 3:30pm to 5pm, Dinner from 5pm to 10pm.

our party of 4 went to Stella Blues twice during spring break 2007. The fettucini was excellent and "hot". Service was great. We loved it so much we went back on our last night for their tropical ribs... yum. This spring break our party has grown to 6, and it is the most anticipated dinner we have on our list... we may have to do it twice again. Jennie
Belive it or not, great meatloaf!
Stella Blues is a fun place to eat. Not only is the meatloaf good, but they have a pretty decent beer selection. Oh, and the rest of the menu selections are pretty good too. Very outgoing and generally attentive staff.
Aside from great breakfast, they have great salads and sandwiches for lunch. And for dinner, I love the grilled shrimp with purple mashed potato on the side. Yum!
This is one of the better places to go for breakfast in Kihei. You can sit inside or out under the umbrellas. Try the eggs benedict, the best I've found on Maui.
