An Upcountry Classic

Polli's has been around for years and years. It's located on the main crossroad in Makawao town, in a small but festive building with (fortunately) a fairly large parking lot. If you show up at the peak dinner hour, expect to wait for a table. Better to come late or come early. The food is always good, the staff is friendly. On the downside, they've been running the same extreme sports video almost since the beginning of time. But of course that's a quibble. Enjoy!
