would a five buck pizza do well in maui

we are thinking of moving to maui within the next year and would like to open a five buck pizza. We are unsure if this would do well in Maui. I do realize that lease rent is higher but just want some feedback from people if the idea would go over well. This is a carry out pizza. Thankyou Bradman for any feedback... Mark as Offensive
