Zippy's on Maui

Well, Zippy's is now offically opened on Maui.  Last week when we went for dinner at 8:30pm (pre-opening week) the waiter or whomever he was said that they, the restaurant side is closed.  I asked what time you close?  He said at 8.  So I asked him are you guys closing at 8 everynight?  He said yes.  What a lie!  Rookies!  Then he told us to go to the Take Out area to see if they are opened.  While walking over, we asked a worker if they are opened, he said he didn't know, to go ask the girl.  Doesn't any employee know what time their restaurant hours are or even to know what time they close?  What's going on Rookies!?On another note:  Zippy's will take most business away for months.  See, restaurants like Sheik's, Tasty Crust, Koho's, Maui Eats, L&L, Balei, Yakiniku House, Asian Cuisine all will suffer and it's too late for these guys to work on GOOD service and a smile.  If they had been giving good...
