Tom Brown, Jr. does an excellent job of explaining how the Grandfather helped him learn to access the spiritual world by silencing his conscious mind. Then, after much practice at reaching "sacred silence" he was able to enter the veil of spirit. His next great lesson was to learn to walk in both worlds at the same time.
