Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii...Amfac announced the completion of a new golf course irrigation and sprinkler system installed at the Kaanapali Tournamnet North Course. The project, which began in the summer of 1997, cost an estimated $1.3 million in capital improvements dedicated to maintain the championship North course.

"This new system reflects Amfac's commitment to provide a well-conditioned golf course for all golfers, whether they are local residents, visitors from around the world, or top SENIOR PGA TOUR professionals who participate annually at the prestigious EMC Kaanapali Classic tournament", said Amfac spokes person David Gleason. "This state-of-the-art digital system will assist our Superintendent and grounds crews in maintaining a top-level tract into the new millenium.
