     Fist of all I would like to say I am sorry you didn't receive this sooner.  Thanks so much for your help in putting together the best day of our lives.  Danielle and I could not have asked for a better wedding, I can tell you truly love what you do!  We had our reception back home on July 28th and we played the video, not a dry eye in the place.  It was so beautiful and we will never forget that.  We also loved every one you suggested, the pictures, music and video, not to mention the cake and flowers, I could go on for ever.  Mahalo and we wish you the best.  I would recommend you in a second.

We are finally back into our routines at home, but I am really missing that "island time." We had such a wonderful time on Maui! I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated all you did to make Ashley and Chris' wedding so special. When they first decided to be married on Maui, I panicked. But then I went to my trusty computer and did a search for wedding planners on Maui. Your site drew my attention immediately. You delivered on everything exactly as you promised. Everything from the hair flowers to the sparkling cider was fabulous. Your choice of Vance Rosete could not have been better. He was the best! I'm not sure there could have been a more perfect wedding. The rainbow in the background of the pictures didn't hurt either!!
Please feel free to use me as a reference for any future weddings. Thanks again for making our daughter's wedding so perfect!!

Arabelle,
It has been very hectic since we left Maui and we wanted to let you know that we have not forgotten everybody who participated in and helped with our ceremony.

To put it simply, the ceremony was fantastic. It was everything we expected plus more. Would you extend our warmest thanks to Jamie Lawrence, Brandy the Hula dancer, and Lenny, the conch blower? You were right when you said you would get the best for our ceremony. Also, tell the florist, the flowers were wonderful, (other than a couple of bugs:-)) We will send a note to Reverend Alika personally. We would recommend him for any ceremony at any time. We wish he lived a little closer to Maui.

We received the pictures and CD from Yolanda Pelayo and the DVD from Carl Rozycki and everything is wonderful.

And to you; we want to thank you for making this one of the most special days of our lives. It is a memory that will live with us, with our children, and with our guests for all of our lives. The performers along with the setting at the church and the beach made our ceremony a perfect day. Your help in arranging everything was priceless. If you ever need a reference, please let us know.

I just wanted to thank you again for coordinating our wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with your services. From the beginning you made us extremely confident and comfortable with your quick responses, professional manner, and expertise. The other professionals you work with (the Minister, photographer, videographer, hula dancer, musician, and chanter) were also ALL amazing! The Minister was such a beautiful sincere man… The pictures the photographer took turned out great ~ it is even hard to pick the ones we want to get more of! The hula dancer was so beautiful and talented… Everyone was so kind and professional. The flowers were gorgeous ~ from the circle of flowers to the bouquet and lei.

We had a most memorable experience and wouldn’t have changed a thing ~ not even the rain. Again, thank you again for making our experience smooth, relaxing, and wonderful.

Wow where do I ever start? I will start with a big MAHALO, I received our pictures I received more then we paid for and there was honestly not one squinting of the eyes from the sun or one bad picture we were blown away out of 62 pictures!
We just got the wedding video, Video Concepts did an amazing job with the editing, it made me cry, it was truly amazing.
The people you work with sure do an incredible job and you were amazing.

I really appreciate you for making my dream come true, a true fairy tale wedding come true is what it was and will forever be in my memory. You made everything so relaxing and easy and you were always so easy going "No Worries my Alaskan Friend" and that's what it was for us! I was always at ease with you and you were so responsive to all my questions and concerns and your replies via email or phone were immediate and I appreciated that I felt that you had time for me.

Arabelle in the business I come from real estate a referral is a persons best friend and I will be sure to mention your name if I hear of anyone getting married in Hawaii. It was more than we dreamed it could be and you were a big part of that. It was so much fun meeting with you last November to discuss location, catering, etc.; and then when you had reserved our most favorite musician, Jamie, we thought we would burst! John and I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for making our "Ancient Hawaiian Wedding" on June 20 so beautiful and memorable. I don't know how you did it in just 4 weeks notice. Everything was just perfect. The entire wedding was exactly what we had dreamed it would be. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful. The minister, chanter, hula dancer, conch blower and musician were all fantastic. The ceremony itself was beautiful, and the wedding location was perfect. The photos are simply gorgeous. We especially love the sunset pictures on the beach - they are awesome!!!

Words alone cannot say how thrilled we were with how everything turned out. I am so glad that I chose you to coordinate my wedding.
Just as I told you when I first saw the ocean front garden decorated so beautifully, it was EXACTLY what I wanted - you seemed to have read my mind.

Matt and I are back at work-but still thinking about our beautiful time in Hawaii. We wanted to thank you again for the great job you did, helping us with the wedding. It was unbelievably beautiful. In fact it was so beautiful it is hard to describe to friends and family who couldn't attend. How magical it was that the whales came in so close and when they did. What a fantastic wedding!

I wanted to ask you to especially thank Rachelle who did our circle of flowers. She chose the sight-and it was exactly perfect. And the flowers were incredible.
Also, the minister Laki Kaahumanu and his ceremony were just perfect. And we would love to know the name of the singer, too. His music was beautiful, and everyone wanted to know his name. Do you know if he has recorded anything? Again, thanks so much for making an unforgettably beautiful, fun wedding happen. It really was perfect!

A a huge thank you.... to you Arabelle for planning such a beautiful and romantic setting for Angelo and I. It was more dreamy than either of us imagined it would be. Well, we are back home safe and sound and just completed my move up to the Bay area yesterday. What a whirlwind of events!! What a pretty name you have! I just wanted to thank you for assisting with the WONDERFUL surprise that William planned for me...I think of it often and still can't believe what a special moment in time he gave to me...I will cherish it always.
I did not have a clue what he had in store for me....you guys really got me good. The weather, although rainy, added to the magic of the moment and day...almost as if we were transported to another time.

Laki Kaahumanu was a magical soul himself and we were truly honored to have him with us that day. And his wife was so sweet to record our special day...I have really enjoyed watching the video...please send our love to them both!
The flowers were beautiful...so fresh and fragrant...a true Hawaiian ceremony.
William and I are looking forward to the day we are able to return to Maui. We have a special place for it and the little church in Hana in our hearts. I can still feel and smell the events of that day... Mahalo! For making an already magical honeymoon truly a fairy tale to cherish and share with our children and grandchildren in the years to come.

David and I want to tell you how thrilled we were with our wedding in Maui. It was more beautiful and magnificent than our guests and we ever imagined! From the moment I got your first telephone call I knew you were the one to handle the job. You were absolutely meticulous with all your questions and suggestions. I really can't begin to tell you how our 32 guests and us gush over the entire affair all the time.
The church is so quaint but as the Reverend Alika pointed out to us: it is really more than just a place for pretty pictures. You could feel the love and history of the island and the people who worship at the Keawalai Church. We adored Reverend Alika. He made David and I feel so comfortable and blessed. He has such a dynamic personality and when he did his chant at the beginning of our ceremony-well, I know that I will never forget it. Jamie, our musician, was outstanding, he has the most beautiful voice. When I first listened to him on the demo tape you sent, I was moved to tears. I am so lucky that he was able to sing for us, now I can listen to him whenever I watch our video and be moved to tears with the memories of my wedding day. I am glad you suggested him. Our photographer Shane was also marvelous. We received our proofs the other day and were thrilled. Every picture turned out incredible we are going to have a very tough time choosing. We are very pleased with them and plan to order a lot more pictures. If we had known the pictures were going to turn out so great, we would have gotten the biggest picture package!

I could go on and on. The Videographer was great! The limousine driver was great! The setting! The flowers! The DJ was fantastic! We can be a hard crowd to satisfy. All of us are so particular about our service and surroundings. Everyone was happy all because of your hard work! In the words of one of my guests" Ursula, this is just to die for!"
Last but not least: YOU were great! I enjoyed working with you and I am going to miss our monthly, then weekly, then daily chats. I hope you will be around the next ten years to help us plan out Maui reunion. And whenever I get asked by newly engaged couples how they should get married, I tell them you have to go to Maui and you have to call Arabelle!!

We thought we would drop you a letter to tell you how WONDERFUL you were and what a pleasure it was having you take care of our wedding planning and wedding day. You answered my MANY calls with professionalism and courteously. I know I was a pain in the rear but I had to have our wedding day as perfect as I pictured it in my mind. Because of your help and kindness, our wedding day WAS PERFECT! We can't begin to tell you how happy we were with everything! The Holy Ghost Church was perfect, Father Tom, we can't say enough about him. He was the perfect priest, such a kind man. Your recommendations and reservations were perfect and very helpful. We had a wedding honeymoon that will be held deep in our hearts, more so than a Traditional wedding. There is only one thing that we regret: we didn't get a picture with you! We feel really bad because you were such a big part of our day and helped us out so much. I guess we first were so nervous and then so happy that it passed our minds. We did get you on the video though, which turned out great! We must have played it a hundred times for our family and friends. Well, it's time to say Good-bye and a very big MAHALO. You will always remain in our memories and hopefully we will get back to Maui to see you one day. If you ever come our way, please look us up!
