Wailea / Kapalua Condominiums

We offer three privately owned condominiums in two premier location on the island of Maui; Wailea and Kapalua.

Wailea, located on the South and lea side of Maui, is 1,450 acres of relaxed and uncrowded beaches, shops, restaurants, tennis and golf snuggled into Maui's greenery. Surrounding the three championship Wailea golf courses is a distinctive community of condominium villages and luxury hotels. Eleven courts help make the Wailea Tennis Club Hawaii's most complete facility. Guests staying in our Wailea condominiums are given special discounts for golf. Wailea also offers a series of 5 crescent white sand beaches which are strung along a mile and a half of coastline. A myriad of water activities are available including swimming, snorkeling, wind-surfing, sailing and excursions to Molokini, a submerged volcano that's home to thousands of tropical fish. The resorts dining spots range from sun-drenched snack bars to award-winning fine dining restaurants. There's more entertainment at Wailea Shopping Village, an open, airy setting for shops and restaurants. Kapalua is an exquisite resort of similar size and amenities as those found in Wailea. Kapalua is located on the northwest tip of Maui and home to several planned villages including the Kapalua Ridge and two world famous hotels; the Kapalua Bay hotel and the Ritz-Carlton. Like Wailea, Kapalua boosts three championship golf courses and a full tennis complex. Many spells are cast at Kapalua, summoning visitors to return again and again to this seductive land. Eternally blessed with sunshine, cooled by ocean breezes and greened by fresh mountain water, this most gracious resort conveys a calming sense of time suspended. The three condominiums offered below are privately owned and cared for. We are able to offer very attractive rates since we do not use a rental agency and do the majority of cleaning and maintenance ourselves. In addition, as Maui residents , we are here on the island to help you with your immediate needs.
